Inbound reconciliation

BOL × invoice, reconciled in one batch.

Upload a Bill of Lading CSV and a freight-invoice CSV together. Quayledger joins each invoice line against the BOL on PO + item, applies a five-percent weight tolerance, an exact freight-class check, and a set comparison on accessorial codes. Everything that drifts — together with BOLs whose invoice never arrived — surfaces below.

Both files are matched in one transaction. Re-uploading the same PO + item refreshes the row in place — no duplicate shipments.
